Sold at the guide price £1.4m, we had viewers that were from London, on behalf of international buyers & locals. It was sold to a buyer who was born in Minister with local business interests. Popes Hall sold to people with strong local links and again the first time that the house had been on the market since about 1935. It has been commented that with Popes Hall you never needed to go on holiday as you have your own swimming pool, tennis court & horsey bits!
