Thorne Farmhouse sold to people with strong local links & it was the first time it had been on the market for about 100 years. Sold at the guide price £1.4m, we had viewers that were from London, on behalf of international buyers & locals. It was sold to a buyer who was born in Minister with local business interests. On the market August 2020 & completed December 2020.

Popes Hall - SOLD

 

Popes Hall sold to people with strong local links and again the first time that the house had been on the market since about 1935. It has been commented that with Popes Hall you never needed to go on holiday as you have your own swimming pool, tennis court & horsey bits! With a guide price of £1.5m, we had 3 offers with a buyer living in the next village. Popes Hall came onto the market in August 2020 and completed in April 2021.
