21 Haven Bank, Sandwich

After attending an open weekend back in early March 2020 (before lockdown), the now new owners happily paid their reservation deposit and looked forward to moving in later that year. Covid-19 may have played havoc with their own sale, but determination and relentless sales progressing successfully bought the sale to a long awaited completion. Riverside living is now being thoroughly enjoyed.

<span style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold;">The Hay Barn, Cop Street Road, Ash - SOLD</span>

After successfully securing permitted development and planning of this former farm yard, the sale flew off the shelf. Within a day of marketing we had our first viewers who saw, fell in love and wasted no time in offering to secure their future new home.

<span style="font-size: 16px;">The Coach House, Tilmanstone - SOLD</span>

Having sold The Coach House to the current vendors, we were delighted to assist them again, but this time with the sale. With their stylish and unique 'stamp' on the property, we arranged eight viewings within the first day of marketing. Exhausted and with a weekend of viewings behind them, we had nothing but positive feedback and 3 offers.

Canterbury Gate House

Having receiving three very different valuations, two incredibly disappointing, and one that the owners felt was possibly out of reach, they threw caution to the wind, trusted our instincts and advice and placed their home on the market with us. Imagine their (& our) absolute delight when - after four viewings within a day of marketing - the owners were offered the full asking price. Their dreams of moving closer to their children and grandchildren were realised and we were delighted for them.
